What is Peak Consulting?

Peak Consulting is a CFO-as-a-Service firm based in Germany, operating a network of experienced fractional CFOs across Europe and internationally. We provide companies with senior-level financial leadership — strategic direction, reporting infrastructure, investor readiness, and hands-on financial management — without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. Our model is built around three components: fractional CFO leadership, finance team support for operational execution, and access to a trusted network of CFO-adjacent service providers including tax advisers, legal counsel, auditors, and M&A specialists. We work with growth-stage companies, international businesses with complex cross-border structures, and founder-led organisations where the CEO has been carrying the finance function.
