The situation
Iwanson International is one of Europe's leading contemporary dance schools, based in Munich. World-class in its field — and quietly struggling with the basics of finance operations. Invoicing was slow, accounts receivable were patchy, and cash collection was inconsistent. The admin team was stretched. Nobody had the time or specific expertise to sort it out properly.
What we did
Peak deployed Andrea, a member of our finance support team, on-site one to one-and-a-half days per week. She took over day-to-day invoicing, managed accounts receivable, and ran the dunning process to ensure payments came in on time. No strategy, no reporting frameworks — just competent, consistent execution of the finance admin that was falling through the cracks.
The result
Cash flow stabilised. The admin team was no longer carrying a function it was not equipped to handle. The school could focus on teaching.
