MARIUSZ MARCINIAK
CFO - Poland
Mariusz is CEO of MyCFO and an experienced CFO. From 2018 to 2023 he held key roles as CFO and Board Member at the Shared Services Center (SSC), a dynamically growing Polish investment group and at KSH Holding. Under his leadership, the KSH Holding Group developed and gained significance both in Poland and abroad. He actively implemented financial strategies that contributed to a significant increase in the group's revenues from EUR 100m to over EUR 300m within five years. He increased the credit portfolio from EUR 10m to over EUR 100m. From 2007 to 2017, he gained extensive experience in corporate banking and SMEs, which enabled him to establish valuable business relationships. He worked for renowned institutions such as Deutsche Bank, Bank BPH, BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, and Santander. Currently Mariusz is also a PhD candidate in economics.
KONRAD GORNY
CFO - Poland
Konrad is an experienced CFO in Poland. From 2017 to 2022, he held key roles as CFO /Economic Director at the Polish Gas Mining and Gas Industry (Retail Department) and BR-AG. In both companies, he was responsible for overseeing the companies' finances and managing a team of analysts. Under his leadership, BR-AG Group doubled its scale while maintaining liquidity and achieving remarkable improvements in the quality of financial information. From 2002 to 2017, he gained extensive experience in corporate banking and SMEs, establishing valuable business relationships. He worked for renowned institutions such as Alior Bank (Bank BPH), Pekao SA, Santander, ING, and BIZ Bank. At MyCFO Konrad brings his experience of working with more than 15 companies in the manufacturing, agro-processing, construction, TSL, real estate, financial, wholesale and retail sectors.
DR. HUBERT LAKOWSKI
CFO - Poland
Hubert is an experienced CFO with over 15 years of experience in large and medium-sized companies. He started his career path in SME and corporate banking (Santander, PKO BP, mBank). He is a member of the Polish Economic Society. He is a qualified financial-accounting controller. Since 2014, he has been working as a business coach. He is also the creator of a website on macroeconomics, business, and finance – Biznesonomia. He has a passion for derivatives and is specialised in hedging strategies and surplus cash investment.
DR. MACIEJ CIOLEK
CFO - Poland
Maciej is an allround finance talent with a broad background in CFO related positions. He holds a PhD in economics and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. From 2004 to 2023, he completed countless projects in acquiring and structuring financing. He is a specialist in securing EU grants, with dozens of projects completed with an effectiveness rate above 90%. He has also participated in numerous M&A processes as project leader. He gained experience at the London branch of the Boston Consulting Group. From 2015 to 2024, he has been an academic lecturer at the University of Economics in Poznań. From 2007 to 2015, he was a lecturer at the Higher Banking School in Poznań.
