While Stéphane is a true allrounder CFO, Arthur is a SaaS and Fintech specialist CFO. Both have broad international experience. Arthur, for example, completed an 8 month assignment for Peak Consulting in 2023 for an Austrian SaaS start-up with subsidiaries in France and Germany.

STÉPHANE GOUYER
Stéphane is a freelance CFO based in Paris with 20 years of experience in corporate finance, audit/ advisory and financial management in various activities (with an expertise in B2B and B2C distribution) within International (English, Dutch, Italian cultures) and French SMEs (from 10 to 80 m€ of turnover) in a growth or change context.
He provides strategic and operational Finance support and advisory for SMEs and investors in France so that you can focus on the development of your business and the creation of added value.
His skills: Lead a finance team, coordinate cross-functional projects, guarantee the quality of processes and accounting and financial information, optimize performance, support growth - M&A, acquisition and integration of targets, business plan, secure financial and operational risks through internal audit - risk management, Manage the relationship with third parties: auditor, banks and legal advice.
ARTHUR ESPALIEU
Arthur is a former CAC 40 M&A manager with 10+ years of international experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Development and Strategy.
He has broad SaaS and Fintech experience working in France and Germany.
